Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components with a focus on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of electronic products meet EMC requirements (mechanical packaging, electrical design, board layout, interconnect/grounding strategies, signal integrity, etc.)
Perform EMC analysis to aid electrical and mechanical designers to meet or exceed EMC requirements and resolve issues as needed
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EMC design processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Technical experience in electrical design and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Ability to lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to perform EMC analysis
Experience conducting feasibility studies and analyzing technical requirements
Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives in EMC design processes
