Responsibilities
Proven experience in Test Automation, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated tests & test frameworks
Eager to utilize AI/Cursor to accelerate test script development and improve the automation process
Hunger to mentor junior engineers and lead testing initiatives
Organize test cases, track coverage, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria
Define and document test strategies aligned with project goals and risk assessment
Maintain and evolve test documentation to ensure traceability, clarity, and repeatability
Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex features or areas not yet automated
Log and track defects to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the release cycle
Validate bug fixes and production hotfixes with quick turnaround and accuracy
Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements and best practices in testing
Maintain high-quality standards and flag potential risks before deployment
Evaluate and introduce tools that support efficient test development and execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on agile methodologies
Strong knowledge and experience in C#, with at least 5 years of hands-on development or testing experience
Proven experience writing headless automation tests for mobile applications using C#
Proven experience in Test Automation, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated tests & test frameworks
Eager to utilize AI/Cursor to accelerate test script development and improve the automation process
Hunger to mentor junior engineers and lead testing initiatives
Organize test cases, track coverage, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria

Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time) and must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
Preferred
Familiarity with .NET MAUI or Xamarin for mobile application development
Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing
Understanding of Bluetooth communication and device integration testing
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to support automated testing processes
