Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of application development, data pipeline modernization, and cloud migration projects executed via the GCC model
Work closely with offshore delivery managers, architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
Assist in project governance including reviews, reporting, and escalation management to maintain transparency with Project Management (PMO)
Act as the single point of contact for business, IT, and GCC teams on project priorities, progress, and issue resolution
Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and ensure continuous alignment with business outcomes
Partner with architects, data stewards and technical leads on solution design, ETL/ELT workflows, migration strategy, and technical feasibility
Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and delivery efficiencies across GCC operations
Contribute to strengthening the GCC governance framework and delivery best practices
Qualification
Required
5 to 8 years of experience in IT project or program delivery, including at least 3 years managing work across onshore–offshore teams
Proven experience leading application development, data engineering and/or cloud transformation projects
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Application Development, DataOps, and DevOps practices
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration approaches (re-host, re-platform, re-architect)
Ability to coordinate multiple streams of work and manage complex dependencies
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivery outcomes
Preferred
Experience with data pipelines, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and SQL/Python-based data workflows is a strong plus
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
