Assistant Director, Revenue Enhancement

The Assistant Director, Revenue Enhancement will assist in maximizing revenue through ticket sales, fundraising, and event management, while nurturing relationships with donors and aligning support with the university's mission.

Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive ticketing strategies to drive revenue for Kennesaw State Athletics
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with potential and existing donors, aligning contributions with the university and Athletics Department's mission and values
Assists the department leadership in ticket sales and revenue generation in office and during athletic events
Introduces innovative ideas to enhance the fan experience and drive revenue opportunities
Works closely with marketing and development staff to ensure all ticket specials and requests are met in a timely manner
Assists in leadership of student staff management
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ticketing initiatives
Ensures all revenue generation activities comply with NCAA, university, and other governing regulations and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in post-secondary education, business or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
Two (2) year of experience in athletics sales, donor relations, fundraising, or related field
Knowledge of NCAA regulations as they pertain to donors and fundraising
Experience and knowledge of event planning and execution
Familiarity with Paciolan, Paciolan CRM, or other donor management system i.e., Raisers Edge
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
Preferred
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
