They are seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee end-to-end implementation projects, manage client relationships, and provide training and support for their software products.

Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintenance of overall project ownership
Design and maintain a repeatable conversion and migration strategy
Manage and control system configuration of client UAT and production environments for both new and software upgrade implementations
Work closely with Calastone customers to manage client UAT and implementation programmes
Work in conjunction with Calastone project managers to develop and test implementation run books
Facilitate end user training on Calastone software products
Provide go-live and post implementation support
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans, using appropriate techniques (e.g. Risk logs, Change requests)
Provide regularly scheduled updates to internal and external stakeholders and hold weekly project update meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle
Manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process
Serve as the first level of escalations for all Project-related risks and issues
Qualification
Required
Experience managing software implementation projects in software/professional services company
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements, deadlines, and projects
Excellent communications skills in English (verbal and written)
Moderate travel required to client sites when necessary
Deep Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
Self-starter and resourceful: taking the lead is second nature and you are comfortable driving things independently within a very collaborative environment, continuously reaching to colleagues and other parties and not waiting for things to happen
Raises risks and issues promptly to the relevant bodies alongside recommendations for mitigation
Confident, accurate, deliberate and direct communication
Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and effectively
Accustomed to pre-empting stakeholders to facilitate decision making
Engaged listener to steer client conversations and factor in their input
Demonstrates the corporate values of connected, supportive, creative and driven
Show a strong work ethic and the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
Able to provide guidance to those within their peer group
Open to work in a multidisciplinary team, where we aim to complement each other and promote constant partnership and dialogue
Able to constantly manage priorities and lead the Product Owners and Engineers to delivery
Identifies, considers and solves problems of a product, political, organisational and technical nature – ensuring visibility and buy-in where required
Provides regular 360 feedback to team, peers and management – with a view to addressing issues as well as encouraging performance
Provides open feedback with actionable intent – also solicits this from peers, team and management
Open to learn from others and try to do things differently
Preferred
Experience implementing SaaS products preferred
Experience implementing and migrating financial systems preferred (e.g. Transfer Agency Platforms, Fund Accounting Platforms, Money Market Platform)
Experience using Microsoft Projects or other Project Management solutions is highly desirable
