Inside Sales Representative
Signify is a leader in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, focusing on sustainability and innovation. The Inside Sales Representative will support the North American Sales Team by managing leads, assisting Key Account Managers, and driving new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Support the Sales organization in achieving sales goals and revenue targets
Manage all inbound leads and funnel qualified leads to Key Account Managers
Prospect and cold call existing customer portfolio as well as licensed producers not actively being pursued to drive new opportunity potential
Prepare detailed quotes and assist with order promotion processes
Support Partner/Dealer network with quoting, documentation, and product information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3+ years' experience in a customer-facing order management position
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
Preferred
ERP system experience; SAP experience is a plus
Experience with project management and Salesforce is a plus
