Vice President, CRM Services Growth
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on enhancing brand experiences through technology and consumer engagement. The CRM Services Agency Growth Lead will drive client adoption of CRM Strategy and Operations Managed Services, establish relationships with agency leadership, and manage sales cycles to achieve growth in CRM services revenue.

Responsibilities
Serve as CRM Services Agency Growth Lead aligned to Groupe agency, partnering closely to strategize, develop & execute against sales opportunities of CRM Services solutions/offerings
Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across CRM services
Support CRM Services Growth Leader on CRM business development pursuits in collaboration with PDX agencies from initial cultivation through to contract signature. Collaborate with PDX agencies on the development of clear, concise proposals with an appropriate level of detail that identify client needs, the right solutions /commercials
Establish and execute a pipeline strategy for achieving sales targets through the appropriate stages of the sales cycle within your agency base. Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
Cultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across support teams. Build and maintain strong relationships across Publicis, Epsilon and MarTech Partnership teams to ensure successful sales efforts and positive customer experience
Update key stakeholders within ConnectedCRM, the Groupe growth team and key agency partners on achievements and goals
Identify and employ strategies to connect and cross-sell Groupe solutions to best serve clients
Manage the complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our Services offerings including strategy, analytics, marketing ops, and creative services to clients in respective agency pods
Identify relevant industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe product priorities/roadmap
Qualification
Required
10+ years of data driven marketing experience; 5+ years of media/CRM agency experience
Knowledge of Groupe products/processes/people desired, or if new, strong experience in this area from previous roles
Deep knowledge of the CRM Services and MarTech market landscape, and have the ability to develop narratives that connect media to owned experiences
Experience selling CRM Services across strategy, analytics, marketing ops and/or creative
Excellent data visualization skills to help powerfully tell the data & audience story
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
B.A/B.S degree required
