IT Manager, ERP Transformation

Responsibilities

Leads and develops a team through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Provides strategic direction and accountability for Agile Product Teams supporting SAP Logistics within the Magellan Program
Collaborates with the PMO and overall IT Logistics leadership to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes
Drives end-to-end supply chain planning, including Delivery Management and Inbound/Outbound processes
Supports master data integration and transformation activities across ECC and S4/HANA
Builds and sustains Agile teams to support critical business transformation initiatives
Manages program deliverables, schedules, risk tracking, and governance documentation
Leads communication and alignment efforts across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Drives Steering Committee meeting preparation, including agenda and material development
Manages issue resolution, risk mitigation, and action item follow-up to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Engages in vendor and stakeholder management, including RFP/SOW process management in collaboration with Global Sourcing
Ensures continuous improvement and predictable disruption planning to minimize business impact

Required

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading and mentoring global, cross-functional teams
Minimum of 6 years' experience in IT project delivery, including SAP logistics experience
Ability to travel up to 10% for business purposes

Preferred

Experience in the medical device or other regulated industry
Experience using Agile management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Strategic thinker with a global perspective on systems and process sustainability
Strong commitment to execution and results with a focus on timely delivery
Demonstrated accountability and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
