Program Manager, Facility Operations

Responsibilities
Identifying and executing process improvement measures that will achieve organizational goals, realize financial and operational efficiency, and maintain alignment of facilities operations standards enterprise wide
Review and recommend updates to facilities operations’ policies or practices that are related to vendor procurement and service delivery to better drive standardization and financial outcomes
Further improvements will be experienced with interdepartmental collaboration, facilities project management and enhanced customer service across ProHealth Care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Valid WI Driver's License
10 Years of experience
Demonstrated project management experience (i.e.: PMP, Lean, etc.)
Professional affiliation (i.e.: ASHE, WHEA, ASHRAE, AIA)
Demonstrated ability to lead projects/teams and maintain healthy relationships
Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
Proven ability to define performance measures directly related to business
Proven ability to do financial analysis and review and analyze existing cost data
Strong knowledge of and capability with a range of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Bluebeam
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
