Responsibilities
Prospect daily and follow up with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your personal network
Conduct buyer and seller consultations, listing appointments, and property showings
Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with professionalism
Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) and Brivity to manage your database, communication, and pipeline
Host open houses to generate additional leads and build client relationships
Leverage full administrative, marketing, and transaction support to streamline your workflow
Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings to continuously improve
Deliver an exceptional, client-first experience from first contact to closing
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Comfortable prospecting and following up consistently
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Committed to full-time real estate production and long-term growth
