Responsibilities
Developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for utility districts, municipalities, and private clients
Mentoring project team members
Managing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and fee estimates
Performing and reviewing design calculations
Overseeing figure preparation
Preparing plan sets
Developing construction cost estimates
Preparing permit applications
Supporting business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects
Qualification
Required
15 to 25+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects
Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or can obtain licensure within 6 months
