Responsibilities

Lead global design workshops to gather business requirements related to supply chain planning, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment

Contribute to business case development, roadmap planning, and solution architecture

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and analytics

Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization efforts

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA modules including PP, MM, EWM, TM, and IBP (if applicable)

Design semi-conductor leading practices and processes across: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Execution, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Transportation Management, Integration with finance module and third-party system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, logistics, and finance

Support data migration, testing, OCM, and go-live activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field

9+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations

Strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, EWM, and TM modules

Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments

Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA certification in Manufacturing or Supply Chain

Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or APO

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flows (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly/test, outsourced manufacturing)

Understanding of Agile or SAP Activate methodology
