Responsibilities

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a tax associate in a law firm and be able to work in a high paced environment with multiple ongoing transactions

The associate will work with McGuireWoods’ transactional tax lawyers to assist clients with issues relating to the tax aspects of business transactions, such as advising clients on sophisticated transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, tax credits, fund formations and inbound and outbound international investments
