New Grad, Entry LevelGeo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our Geostructural Design Group in our Quakertown, PA office. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers on geotechnical and geostructural design projects, performing engineering calculations, and assisting in the development of technical documentation.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers to support the design and preparation of plans for retaining walls, support of excavation systems, and other geostructural elements
Perform engineering calculations under the guidance of licensed PEs, including settlement analysis, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressure, and slope stability
Assist in the development of technical reports, design documents, and construction drawings
Interpret and review subsurface exploration data (borings, test pits, lab results) to support design recommendations
Participate in construction observation and materials testing during the installation of MSE walls, support of excavation systems, and other geotechnical structures
Qualification
Required
A.S. in Engineering or a related field (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
E.I.T. certification (preferred)
Experience with CAD and geotechnical design software (e.g., slope stability, retaining wall analysis) is a plus
