Works alongside BCH Administrative Team to understand healthcare administration
Participates in scheduled supervision and administrative team meetings
Collaborates with team members
Responding to calls/emails from prospective clients
Keep records and reports up to date
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Accepts other responsibilities as necessary to meet organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Must be a student currently enrolled in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the organization
The ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong and effective interpersonal communication & listening skills to work well with a diverse workforce
Must be motivated, upbeat, and willing to learn
Must be able to maintain excellent staff relations and employee morale
Must be able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
