Responsibilities
Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and ensure a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities
Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues. Handle and supervise snow removal and landscaping tasks
Respond to off-hours facility emergencies as needed. Participate in corporate-level risk management activities
Ensure compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance
Valid Driver's License required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment
Effective time management skills
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
