Responsibilities
Provides support to and partnership with the Vice President of Human Resources & HR Leaders
Project, program, event planning, administrative, and process responsibilities
Requires a strong emphasis on autonomy, good judgement, decision making and personal accountability
Requires extensive detail orientation and solid organizational and project management skills
To meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests and projects across our global teams
Administrative duties are required but are performed less frequently with notable independence and accountability for the work results
