This role involves ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Support the evaluation and prioritization of IT projects/products based on their alignment with business goals and strategies in the Commercial IT space
Implement and manage the IT project/product portfolio and annual operating plan, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
Track and analyze the performance of the IT portfolio, including risk and return assessments
Work closely with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and manage the portfolio effectively
Create and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for commercial technology spend. Monitor financial performance of the Commercial IT portfolio, including financial forecasts and reporting
Coordinate and manage resource allocation for IT projects/products to ensure optimal utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the IT portfolio and drive innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or a related field
3+ years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in portfolio management tools and software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage operating and capital expense plans as well as track performance, forecasts, etc
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
Experience in the CPG industry
Relevant certifications in project management or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
