Provide outstanding detail-oriented support processing rental reservations/agreements, invoices, equipment checks, and credit applications

Use company systems and tools, like Salesforce and ERP, to effectively document, track, and manage all sales activities

Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and effective support to sales and management teams

Manage the receiving, organization, tracking, and relocation of equipment and attachments

Maintain accurate and up-to date inventory records

Deliver exceptional customer service by phone or through in person walk-ins , with completing all necessary paperwork
