Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
3–7 years of site/civil design experience in land development or construction
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and site design software
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and municipal permitting
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Master's in Civil Engineering
