Law Practice
Responsibilities
Representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
Managing a diverse and challenging caseload
Taking on significant responsibilities from the start
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing
Ideal candidates will have experience defending first-party and third-party litigation matters
Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred
Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
