SwimLabs Swim School is a growing swim school brand focused on teaching swimming skills and water safety. They are seeking a Front Desk Associate to assist clients, maintain client accounts, and support retail operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Sports

Responsibilities

Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Maintains client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; scheduling classes and appointments
Assists clients with retail merchandise; is knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manages retail sales
Prepares and tracks donations to non-profit organizations
Schedules, promotes and participates in special events, and keeps all client communications updated, and visibly posted in public areas of lobby

Qualification

Customer service focusMicrosoft SuiteCPR & First Aid CertifiedSwim lesson experienceProfessional disposition

Required

Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring
Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations
Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite
Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends

Preferred

Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
CPR & First Aid Certified
