Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for SCM functions
Design, implement, and enhance SAP solutions to meet complex business needs
Oversee system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP performance and compliance
Develop advanced automation and data processing solutions using Python, SQL, or other tools
Guide cross-functional teams in improving SAP-SCM integration and operational efficiency
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and SOPs
Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior consultants and end users
Drive process innovation and SAP best practices aligned with industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in SAP and SCM consulting or relevant roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Proven track record of implementing SAP solutions and driving process improvements
Ability to work independently and guide teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean
