Responsibilities

Conduct demand planning processes for assigned product categories, including but not limited to generating 45+ wks demand plan, monitoring inventory levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turnovers, and aged inventory while collaborating with other departments
Analyze trends and provide recommendations/insights/early warnings regarding forecast and adjust forecasts in a timely manner to prevent excess or shortage
Serve as a liaison to provide needed periodic communication with headquarter (China) and internal cross-functional teams and handle escalation on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time-sensitive environment
Lead and guide team members with the day-to-day operations while improving processes to increase efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business management, logistics, or related field
Over 3 years of relevant work experience in demand planning, forecasting, and/or supply chain planning
Strong analytical & interpersonal/communication skills (verbal & written)
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with exceptional attention to detail
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges, some language barriers, and project management deadlines
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with SAP ERP or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applications

Preferred

Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer is strongly preferred
