Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company vision, research, and point of view. Collaborate across the organization to ensure integration with sales, product, business development, and customer loyalty initiatives
Own Kantata’s global brand presence across digital, print, and event channels. Drive brand awareness and preference through public relations, analyst relations, and software review site coverage
Grow Kantata’s position as a thought leader in the market, fueling market education and narratives that support the company’s vision and innovation
Build, mentor, and manage a world-class team of marketers across marketing communications, demand generation, and product marketing disciplines
Drive marketing-sourced opportunities to the pipeline and improve sales conversion rates through sales enablement, product positioning, pricing, and programs

B2B SaaS marketingGlobal marketing strategyBrand managementAnalytical mindsetTeam leadershipStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

15+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, including C-Level, executive roles in high-growth companies in evangelical categories
Proven success in category creation, product launches, and new logo acquisition at scale
Experience supporting global enterprise sales motions with deal sizes >$250K ARR, and upwards >$1MM
Expertise in building and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams
Strong analytical mindset with a metrics-driven approach to pipeline, ROI, and customer expansion
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a reputation for energizing teams and aligning executives, and thought leadership
