Responsibilities
Represent national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, and excess liability matters
Assume significant responsibilities from the outset
Work collaboratively with a team
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar in good standing
Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters
