Responsibilities
Defining and managing the BizOps team roadmap to deliver high impact initiatives
Developing, building and leading the BizOps team
Leading multiple projects in parallel with great autonomy
Using data and insights to define changes, design experiments and execute those
Partnering with ecosystem participants to develop any joint initiatives
Researching, designing and developing frameworks and structures to support new technologies
Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
Solving complex and ambiguous problems
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience in a business strategy/operations role (i.e. management consulting, investment banking, operations at a high-growth start-up)
Proven track record in a strategic/operations leadership role
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong organization, project and time management skills
Ability to plan and prioritize team workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality output
Very strong problem-solving skills and structured thinker
Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating impact within the Web3 ecosystem
STEM BA/BS degree from a globally recognised university
