Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive training sessions for hospital leadership teams, focusing on change management and workflows, sharing best practices
Working across function with Marketing, IT, Apps/Products and product team to update progress and address/solve roadblocks
Regular communication cadence with Operations team to update them on status, challenges and next steps
Proficient in identifying, escalating, and resolving deployment-related issues in collaboration with PIMS team, development partners, and hospital team
Partnering with configuration specialist to ensure proper system setup and smooth launch
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Xcel, Smartsheets, PowerBI)
Preferred
Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations
