Responsibilities
Building a track record of demonstrated competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives as well as meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in multiple industries, as assigned. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase
Communicate/collaborates with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other HRIS systems. Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate candidate and contractor related problems
Demonstrates a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests
Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affliations, job boards, database searches, etc
Works to understand the client's needs and reacts appropriately in an environment of competing priorities
Others as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process
Knowledge of the staffing industry
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Two - five years of experience
Preferred
Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
AIRS preferred
