Content & Demand Generation Manager

The Content & Demand Generation Manager will own and operate the entire marketing engine, focusing on creating predictable inbound demand through strategic content and demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly content plan aligned to revenue priorities
Write or oversee high-quality long-form content: blogs, guides, playbooks, case studies
Convert long-form content into micro-content (LinkedIn, video clips, partner channels)
Serve as an active face of Growth — posting, commenting, and engaging in the ecosystem
Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to amplify strategic insights and narratives
Build and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise workflows, segmentation, custom objects, behavioral triggers, and attribution
Launch re-engagement campaigns, intent-driven nurtures, and cross-sell/upsell automation
Analyze keyword trends, organic performance, buyer behavior, and conversion data — then apply improvements
Support GTM events, webinars, and partner initiatives with cohesive content and distribution
Manage freelancers or content partners to scale output efficiently
Ensure the brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across all channels

Required

Deep, hands-on mastery of HubSpot Marketing Hub *Enterprise* — including advanced workflows, custom objects, UTM strategy, attribution reporting, automation strategy, segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns
4+ years in content marketing, growth marketing, or demand gen
Strong writing skills: SEO-driven content + conversion copywriting
Strong online presence — socially active, comfortable being visible, and excited about representing the brand
Data-literate with experience using analytics to drive decisions
Highly organized, driven, and operates with 'I'm all in' energy

Preferred

Deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem or RevOps space is a major advantage
