Update and maintain CRM and DealHub data accuracy
Generate and format reports and dashboards for Sales and Customer Success teams
Document recurring processes and standard operating procedures
Support testing and data validation for new integrations or automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualification
Required
Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Interest in CRM systems or sales operations
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
