The Business Operations Coordinator will generate leads for new business through actions such as: cold calling, utilizing customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with AMR leadership on marketing and recruitment programs, and participating in community networking events to draw in prospects

Completing the initial stages of the sales cycle including introduction and discovery, establishing customer needs analysis and local operational capabilities, and ongoing follow up and management

The Business Operations Coordinator will build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets

Establishing a repetitive call cycle for new and long-term customers

Assist as a crew member or third member with other AMR crews
