Required

Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or university

Two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to use basic manual tools for servicing personal computer equipment

Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Workstations, Microsoft Office, and other software packages to diagnose equipment, software or operational problems

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, on-call, evenings or weekends on maintenance or special projects as required and ability to travel to various locations

Working knowledge of using, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer and networking equipment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to work multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical staff and other senior management/credit union staff as appropriate
