They are seeking a Mechanical Designer / EIT who thrives on collaborative problem-solving and will work across a variety of building projects in commercial and residential.

Responsibilities
Develop mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for commercial, residential, and light-industrial projects
Create and revise detailed drawings and specifications in Revit and AutoCAD
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and energy-efficiency analyses
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Participate in site visits and field reviews to validate design intent
Qualification
Required
3+ years of mechanical design experience in the building consulting space
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; registered—or eligible to register—as an EIT in Ontario
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD (must-have)
Strong understanding of CSA standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and local building codes
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
