Remote Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Enter vendor bills accurately and efficiently into bill.com
Manage high volume of bills and emails (enter up to 30 bills/day manually)
Verify bills for accuracy, proper coding and approval workflow
Match vendor bills to purchase orders, identify discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify billing issues
Review and process AP statements
Monitor and manage multiple inboxes, keep multi-user inboxes organized and up to date
Maintain organized and up to date vendor files and records
Support the AP team in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a mid-sized or larger company
Solid experience managing a high volume of AP bills
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in invoice and PO matching and finding discrepancies
Ability to learn internal AP processes and adapt to process changes quickly
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Highly organized, reliable, able to meet strict deadlines and multitask
Clear communication skills—both verbal and written
Preferred
Knowledge of Bill.com is a plus but not required
