Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of business valuations and commercial real estate appraisals
Analyze financial statements, tax filings, and company performance for valuation purposes
Conduct economic and industry research to support valuation conclusions
Develop financial models and valuation analyses using various valuation methodologies including capitalization of cash flow, discounted cash flow, and market multiples
Prepare written business valuation reports and commercial real estate appraisal reports
Collaborate with senior valuation professionals to execute client engagements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking
Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, assess financial trends, and interpret valuation results
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly
