Responsibilities

Work on a range of microservices written mainly in Rust and Go
Build reliable, fault-tolerant systems that can operate at Cloudflare’s scale

Qualification

Required

5+ years of relevant professional experience with a technology company
Experience writing high-quality code in one or more system programming languages (Go, C/C++)
Experience building and operating distributed systems
Experience with modern Unix/Linux development and runtime environments
Excellent debugging skills and attention to details
Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking in general

Preferred

Experience working with Go and/or Rust
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Designing and building APIs
