Responsibilities
Provide advanced administrative and organizational support to executives and team members
Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of critical tasks
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Support budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of professional administrative experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Discretion and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Support budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with scheduling systems, collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint), and document management systems
Preferred
Experience supporting senior management or technical project teams preferred
