Responsibilities
Conducts risk management analysis and creates business continuity, contingency, and disaster recovery plans
Develops the organization's resumption plan including identifying and securing necessary off-site resources and ensuring action plans are in place and communicated to IT and operations teams
Implements and maintains IT Disaster Recovery plans and procedures and/or site and data center recovery plans
Identifies and promotes the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve IT Disaster Recovery readiness across the team, department and/or business units
Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on assignments/projects for IT Disaster Recovery
Performs and delivers on initiatives to build and enhance the capability of IT Disaster Recovery Plan Testing and Exercises, to include scheduling, execution and post-test reporting
Executes risk assessments on existing technology solutions, plans, and procedures and identifies areas of improvement
Qualification
Required
3 - 5+ Years of IT risk management experience that directly relates to the specific responsibilities of this position
4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and/or ServiceNow BCM
Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies
Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification or working towards
