Responsibilities

Encoding approved curriculum and academic policy into the system
Maintaining audit performance
Collaborating closely with academic and administrative units to ensure degree progress is correctly reflected for all students
Provides specialized system support for federal and institutional requirements
Contributes to process innovation across the Office of the University Registrar (OUR)

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong technical skills, including the ability to interpret data from multiple sources
Ability to show high accuracy and attention to detail when working with complex requirements
Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and create/follow thorough documentation

Preferred

Knowledge of basic programming and/or SQL
Experience working in a degree audit platform such as uAchieve or DegreeWorks
Knowledge of curricular structures and academic program requirements
Experience in Ellucian's Banner or similar ERP
