Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems

Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines

Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot system issues as needed

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes

Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers

Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress

Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
