Responsibilities

Company is seeking an HR Specialist, Program Ops to join the AWS Executive Development and Culture team within AWS PXT

This role will support operations across multiple development programs with a focus on managing and executing global development summits

The ideal candidate will be an operations and events professional who exhibits impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills in both planning and execution

This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization

We're looking for an individual who can adapt to changing situations, is good at problem-solving, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment

This role will have an emphasis process management, documentation, and operational excellence

You'll contribute to ensuring these internal events align with Company’s business objectives while fostering a sense of community and recognizing achievements within the organization
