Start in 2026 SummerSPX Technologies is a global company focused on building innovative solutions in HVAC and Detection and Measurement. They are seeking a summer intern for their Legal team to gain hands-on experience in corporate law operations while providing critical support to attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and cross-functional business partners to resolve urgent requests and ensure compliance with company policies
Contribute to special projects, including legal research, contract review support, and process improvement initiatives
Maintain and organize the Legal department’s central filing system, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of executed agreements and key legal documents
Gain exposure to legal technology systems, including AI-enabled tools, contract management systems, legal processes, and corporate governance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Pre-Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field
Or currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program
Cumulative college GPA of 3.0 or higher
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Ability to handle filing, scheduling, or document preparation, reliably
Research and writing experience
Exposure to legal or compliance settings, preferred
