Responsibilities
Lead and manage warehouse transformation projects with a focus on improving layout, workflow, and process efficiency
Identify and implement opportunities for safety, cost reduction, and performance improvement
Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and resource alignment
Integrate project milestones, outcomes, and benefits into central PMO tracking and reporting systems
Ensure alignment of warehouse projects with broader organizational goals and PMO standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project management with a focus on warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
Demonstrated success leading warehouse layout redesign and operational improvement projects
Strong vendor management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Proficiency with project tracking tools and PMO reporting systems
Experience in change management and technology implementation in warehouse settings is a plus
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Utilities industry experience preferred
