Responsibilities

The Social Coordinator is the first contact for resident assistance

Plan and organize programs and activities in a Senior building such as health fairs informational seminars and activities to promote a sense of community

Promote resident participation in educational and social programs

Assist residents with individual needs and working with the management team to maintain a quality standard of living

Establish and maintain a resident resource directory and provide guidance to residents when needed

Complete reports and preserve documentation on services provided

Assist with housekeeping issues, send notices and provide classes when needed

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2 years experience in property hospitality or customer service

Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

Provide general case management, intake, and referral services to residents in need of assistance

Full Time Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
