Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native apps for both iOS and Android
Build and refine responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js when needed
Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to translate ideas into working features
Lead and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and maintainability
Diagnose and resolve performance issues across mobile and web platforms
Implement and maintain automated testing for React Native and React.js components
Participate in standups, sprint planning, and architectural discussions that shape team priorities
Contribute to web development during periods when web priorities temporarily exceed mobile demands

Required

Proven experience building, optimizing, and shipping production mobile apps across iOS and Android
Deep understanding of modern frontend development, state management, and UI performance
Familiarity with Django/Python environments and experience interacting with APIs
Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
Comfort with Git/GitHub/GitLab and collaborative development workflows
Experience with automated testing frameworks for both React Native and React.js
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and write clean, maintainable code
Strong collaboration skills in an agile, fast-moving environment
