Responsibilities

Maintains productivity levels, schedules staffing, serves as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and works with the department director on strategic planning initiatives
This leader works closely with the cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products

Required

Licensure /Certification/ Registration: RN (Registered Nurse), RRT (Respiratory Therapist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) is required
Current BLS and ACLS thru American Heart Association is required
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required
Experience: Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership/Management role
Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
