Maintains expenditure records
Performs monthly fund reconciliations

Assist in the recruiting process
Qualification
Required
Basic Bookkeeping and cash handling skills and knowledge
Medical terminology knowledge
Computer knowledge and skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to diplomatically deal with the public, in person and on the telephone on a constant basis
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with patients and staff
Preferred
Experience in a medical facility, funds handling and security of funds
Experience with electronic medical records
