Branch Manager
Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to provide leadership and direction for its branch staff. The role involves expanding the membership base, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and driving community involvement while maintaining high standards of member service.

Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels, staff supervision, and on-going staff development motivation through consistent training, observing, coaching, and development activities
Responsible for maintaining quality and professionalism of staff during their daily interaction with membership
Responsible for cultivating and leading excellence in member service including embracing Everwise Credit Union directed tools and resources
Responsible for growth and performance that aligns with Everwise Credit Union’s strategic direction as measured by performance measures and goals, while utilizing and embracing Everwise Credit Union directed tools and resources
Responsible for market development for Branch through community involvement, business engagement, and formal/informal networking
Evaluate market analysis, sales trend and other reports for market growth
Responsible for ensuring procedures, processes and documentation are in accordance with Federal and Everwise Credit Union guidelines and regulations; as well as conducting regular audits
Responsible for enhancing awareness of Everwise Credit Union in the communities of which it is a part, through involvement in Everwise Credit Union approved civic and community activities
Responsible for effectively leading their Branch and Team within an environment of evolving business practices and operating models
Additional responsibilities assigned based on consistency in service and sales behaviors, scope of supervision, leadership, educational and certification accomplishments, as well as team and project involvement
Participate in continuing education as assigned
Will assume additional responsibilities necessary for the growth of the service center, growth of Everwise Credit Union, and as assigned by Regional/District Staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
At least 3 years of experience in financial industry, sales, or retail management
