Work with customers via phone/email to provide billing information
Answer questions
Troubleshoot issues
Qualification
Required
1 year of previous customer service phone experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
High School GED
Preferred
bachelor's degree
